On another note, my friend Tracy has freshly launched a fabulous online magazine called Eighty Percent Raw. I am in complete support of the idea of eating high raw, with space for a little cooked when desired (personally, I feel drawn to things like baked yams and squash during the cold winter months). An online support system like this is perfect for people who are wanting to transition to all raw food, for those who want to incorporate more of it into their lifestyle, or folks who are already 100% raw and want to connect with like minded individuals. So what can you expect to find in the magazine? Many things: Recipes, videos, fitness information, restaurant reviews, a list of raw restaurants around the country, and an interactive community. I am thrilled to be featured in the community as one of the Top Chefs! My March contribution was an Italian Chocolate Zucotto - you can check out the recipe, but I'll leave you with a few pics in the mean time.
