I've been whipping up a lot of goodies in the kitchie lately. Here's a photo montage of the latest:

    OMG it just gets better and better.<br /><br />"dense, sweet, chewy, oat nut bar"-how lovely. I love dense bars. This one succeeds!<br /><br />And the caramel inside those cups? Wow. I recently made PB cups and those caramel cups just look awesome. Would love to know your tricks for raw/vegan caramel. Agave + salt in the freezer is one i have read & use. Yours looks way better :)<br /><br />And all your treats with cashew cream. Wow.<br /><br />I just veganized, and GF'ed creme de menthe bars tonite on the bloggie :)

    Pure genius! How do you do it? I love the look of the persimmon filled chocolate bon bons, and wow...those caramel cups. You are so talented and I want to come over for dessert!

    Thanks guys... some of the recipes will get posted in coming days... the granola bars and chocolate strawberry crunch cake are in Just Desserts... and some don't have recipes - you know - a pull it together as I make it kinda thing ;)
