These look great! Just a quick question, do you presoak all of your nuts? I already have mine presoaked and then dehydrated, but I am not sure if you used them from that state or not, and I want them to come out right. So, any clarification on that matter would be great. Thanks!

    Hi Laurel,

No presoaking required for any of the nuts.
You can use your dehydrated ones. :)

Okay!!! This will be fun! Our Sweet Earth is willing to give this a shot!
May the best Moon Pie win!
-Candee

Thanks Heather! I just ordered some agave and vanilla powder since I didn't have these. Once I get them, I will be ready to start cooking. Do you only want us to make 1 kind of Moonpie for the blog, or can we make more than one?

Candee - welcome to the challenge! :)

Laurel - sure thing, you can make more than one moon pie = multiple entries :)

    Hi Heather,

Ordered the combo but only got the Just Desserts, no Moonie Pie
e-book. I had all kinds of trouble ordering...any chance I can get the Moonie Pie e-book. Paid via
paypal and as I said was having all kinds of trouble don't know what the problem was but did receive the above mentioned.
Thanks so much...enjoy your desserts!
Linda

I can't stand moon pies (the ones you buy from the store) but these actually look like they'd be delicious!

Just bought you're e-book, once again in the dilema of can't get ingredients, I can not find Agave Powder in any online shops for the UK.

But the rest of it looks amazing and I can't wait to try it.
