Sweetly Raw – 6 Fat Bombs (Keto, Vegan, Paleo, Nut Free)

Are you familiar with fat bombs? They're all the rage now with the popularity of the keto diet (a high fat, moderate protein, very low carb diet) - but even if you're not eating keto (I don't), fat bombs make a perfect sugar free snack any time of the day.

I've been making these on the regular for the past 2 years and often like to have a batch on hand. I especially like them chopped up on top of smoothie bowls or a large one with a cup of tea. After many requests and responses from my instastories, I've finally hunkered down and put some formal recipes together (I never usually measure).
