You HAVE to try my vegan chocolate hazelnut dip recipe if you're anything like me and loved nutella as a kid! Here's a healthier and more delicious version. I don't want to tell you how much I ate straight from the spoon hehe.

Even though I talked about it on my blog 9 years ago, this is my first time sharing it in a video and felt it was time to share it beyond the blog. My instagram appears vegan but the odd time I share non-vegan food in my instastories, I get hate mail - so time for a refresher on why I eat animal products now. If you're on a vegan diet but don't feel well, I highly recommend watching it. I was very very sick and needed to make these necessary changes to heal. I'm so much healthier physically and mentally emotionally now.

I'm so excited to be sharing my secrets for how I work as a full time content creator in my new e-book! People often ask me how I make a living and if doing sponsored post work is my full time gig, so I decided to write it out in one concise e-book sharing exactly how I do it. It's way more than just sponsored posts. There are a number of things I do - things you may not even realize are an option but fall under the "content creator" category.

I believe that we all deserve to do what we LOVE! Think about how many hours you spend at your job. It may as well be something you enjoy doing, right? I truly think the world would be a happier place if we would turn our passion into our daily work.

Vegan Chocolate Hazlenut Spread (Nutella)

I love it with fruit and gluten free pretzels! It's also great spread on toast and I like to add a big spoonful to my smoothies. Mmm!!!

1/2 cup full fat coconut milk

2/3 cup 72% dark chocolate

2/3 cup roasted hazelnuts

1/4 cup coconut sugar

2 tablespoons maple syrup

1/3 cup water

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1/8 teaspoon salt

Heat the coconut milk and chocolate in a pot over low heat on the stove until the chocolate has melted. Add the mixture to a blender along with all other ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Store it in the fridge for up to 7 days.

Note: Once it has chilled, it will firm up and become more spreadable that dippy. To make it stirrable again, place the jar in a pot of hot water until it warms and loosens up.
