Chocolate Protein Smoothie Bowl
This bowl is so darn rich and delicious that you enjoy it for dessert - but it's so healthy that you can enjoy it for breakfast or a post workout snack. It's loaded with protein and good fats. I often have a smoothie bowl for lunch during the summer.
- 1/2 cup coconut or almond milk
- 2 large frozen bananas
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 3-4 Tbsp cacao powder
- 2 Tbsp hemp seeds
- 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Top with all your favourite toppings. Enjoy!
